Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mashed banana, pumpkin puree, almond butter, maple syrup, avocado oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the flour, baking soda, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon, stirring gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle raw sugar on top.
- Bake for 1 hour or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack, then frost individual slices if desired and serve.
