The cream cheese filling

Instructions
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl and set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, then mix in the egg, vanilla, and milk.
- Add the flour mixture and beat until smooth, then fold in white chocolate chips and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Prepare the cream cheese filling by beating cream cheese until light, then add icing sugar, flour, and vanilla.
- Scoop dollops of cream cheese filling on a lined tray and freeze until ready to assemble cookies.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking trays with parchment paper.
- Scoop dough into balls, press into disks, and place cream cheese filling on half of them.
- Top with remaining dough disks, seal edges, and roll into balls, adding extra chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 14-15 minutes until edges are set, then cool on the tray for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
