Instant Pot Pork Chops with Apple Balsamic Topping

Instructions
- Chop the onion and apple, and gather all other ingredients.
- Set the Instant Pot to 'Saute' and melt the ghee.
- Brown the pork chops for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Press 'Keep Warm/Cancel' after browning.
- Layer the onion and apple over the pork chops, then drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Lock the Instant Pot lid and close the pressure valve.
- Cook on manual setting for 10 minutes, then quick release the pressure.
- Remove the pork chops and serve with the apple and onion topping.
