Instructions
- Make the dough by mixing yeast and sugar, then adding warm milk and letting it sit until frothy.
- Add butter, egg, flour, and salt, then beat and knead the dough until soft.
- Let the dough rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size, about 60-90 minutes.
- Prepare the cream cheese filling by mixing all filling ingredients together until combined.
- Make the topping by combining all topping ingredients in a small bowl.
- Punch down the dough, roll it out, and spread the cream cheese filling on top.
- Cut the dough into circles, fold them, and arrange in a greased loaf pan.
- Let the assembled bread rise until puffy, about 45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven and brush the dough with melted butter, then sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake until golden brown, about 40-45 minutes, then cool slightly before serving.
