Instructions
- Whisk all stir-fry sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
- Cook the noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and add chopped onion.
- Slice chicken into strips and add to the skillet, raising heat to medium-high.
- Add carrots, broccoli, and mushrooms, stirring until chicken is cooked through.
- Add the stir-fry sauce and noodles, cooking until heated through and well coated.
- Serve garnished with peanut halves if desired.
