Instructions
- Cut the tofu into small pieces and pat dry with paper towels, then coat with cornstarch.
- Simmer the tentsuyu sauce ingredients in a small saucepan without boiling.
- Heat oil in a wok or frying pan and deep fry the tofu until light brown and crispy, then drain excess oil on paper towels.
- Serve the tofu in a bowl, pour tentsuyu sauce over it, and garnish with grated daikon, chopped scallions, and bonito flakes.
