The wraps

iceberg lettuce or butter lettuce
Instructions
- Simmer lentils in unsalted water until just tender, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté bell pepper and onion until softened.
- Add carrots, garlic, and ginger, and sauté for an additional minute.
- Stir in lentils, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and water chestnuts, cooking for one minute.
- Mix in walnuts and sprinkle with green onions, cilantro, and optional sesame seeds.
- Serve the filling warm in lettuce leaves.
