The chili

sweet potato, cubed (or 2 cups cubed butternut squash)

Instructions
- Mix the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
- Chop the sweet potato, bell peppers, and onion.
- For the Instant Pot, add ground beef to the pot and break it up, then add the remaining ingredients and sprinkle the seasoning over top, stirring to combine.
- Close the lid and set the pressure valve, then select the 'soup' setting for 30 minutes.
- After cooking, quick release the pressure and open the lid. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve.
- For the Slow Cooker, combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and mix well.
- Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve.
