Sweet Potato Beef Chili

Instructions
- Sauté the onion and garlic in cooking oil until softened.
- Add the ground beef and cook until it starts to brown.
- Stir in the broth, sweet potatoes, beans, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, and salt.
- Lock the lid and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
- Let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Remove the lid, stir, and serve hot.
