Slow Cooker Loaded Mashed Potatoes with Ranch

Instructions
- Cut the potatoes into 1- to 1½-inch chunks and place them in the slow cooker.
- Add ghee or butter, chicken broth, garlic, and salt to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
- Mash the potatoes in the slow cooker, adding extra broth if needed for desired consistency.
- Stir in bacon, ranch dressing, cheese, and chives. Mix well.
- Top with additional cheese, ranch dressing, and bacon if desired.
- Serve immediately or keep warm in the slow cooker until ready to serve.
