Grilled Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1-1.5 lbs pork tenderloin
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons ginger (fresh, peeled and diced)
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup water (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix together all marinade ingredients.
  2. Pour marinade over the pork tenderloin in a small container to cover the meat.
  3. Let it marinate in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high temperature.
  5. Grill the pork for about 10-15 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 150°F.
  6. Slice and serve warm.
