Grilled Meat and Veggie Foil Packets

Instructions
- Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, and spices in a medium bowl.
- Prepare 8 large pieces of foil, laying them out double stacked to form 4 grill packets.
- Distribute the diced meat and veggies evenly on each stack of foil and flatten them out.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then drizzle the marinade over the top.
- Fold the foil packets securely to prevent any ashes from entering.
- Let the food marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
- Grill the packets over an open fire, flipping once, until the meat is cooked to your liking, about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Carefully open each packet to release steam before serving.
