Strawberry Spinach Salad

Instructions
- Prepare the vinaigrette by boiling balsamic vinegar until reduced by half, then mix with olive oil, dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
- For the candied pecans, cook pecans with brown sugar and butter until caramelized, then cool on a plate.
- In a salad bowl, toss spinach, strawberries, half of the feta, red onion, and pecans.
- Drizzle about ⅓ of the dressing over the salad, serve immediately with remaining dressing and feta.
