S'mores Brownies

Instructions
- Preheat the Green Mountain Grill to 350 degrees.
- Melt the coconut oil and chocolate chips in a small pot over medium heat and combine with the other ingredients in a bowl.
- Coat the cast iron skillets with coconut oil and pour in the batter.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then add 2 marshmallows per skillet and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Let the brownies cool before serving, optionally with ice cream.
