The potatoes

Instructions
- Peel and chop the potatoes into even-sized pieces.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add melted butter and non-dairy milk to the potatoes.
- Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, optionally topped with additional butter or gravy.
