Instructions
- Combine the meat ingredients in a shallow dish and set aside.
- Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
- While the pan heats, mix the yogurt sauce ingredients and chill in the fridge.
- Add the meat mixture to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Combine the diced vegetables in a bowl.
- To assemble, place a lettuce leaf in each pita, add the pork mixture, top with the vegetable mixture, yogurt sauce, and sprinkle with feta cheese.
