Instructions
- Place all pork ingredients in a slow cooker on low for 10-12 hours or in an Instant Pot on the meat/stew setting for about 45 minutes.
- Shred the cooked pork and mix it with the juices.
- Assemble the pitas with the shredded pork and desired toppings.
