Ingredients

The Meat

  • 1.5 lbs Pork (pork tenderloin, pork loin, or pork shoulder; cut in 1 inch cubes)

The Marinade

  • ½ tbsp Sea salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried rosemary

The Skewers

  • 6 Wood or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Season the diced pork with salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, and rosemary to the pork and mix well.
  3. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, up to 24 hours.
  4. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Skewer the marinated pork pieces onto the skewers.
  6. Grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
