The Skewers
Instructions
- Season the diced pork with salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, and rosemary to the pork and mix well.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, up to 24 hours.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Skewer the marinated pork pieces onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
