Super-Easy Greek Chicken Souvlaki

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by puréeing garlic and basil into a paste, then mixing with olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano in a bowl with chicken pieces. Marinate for at least two hours.
- Preheat the grill or broiler. Skewer the marinated chicken and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Grill the skewers for about 3 minutes per side or broil for 5 minutes on one side and then 4-5 minutes on the other until charred.
- Serve the chicken with tzatziki, lemon wedges, and warm naan or pita.
- Prepare the salad by mixing diced tomatoes or cucumbers with olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and herbs, then top with feta.
