Instructions
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk until mixed. Store in a container and shake before use.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, basil, oregano, and rosemary, cooking until fragrant.
- Add chicken to the skillet, stirring to coat with the oil and herbs. Cook for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- On each plate, spread 3 oz of lettuce and top with 2 tablespoons of dressing. Add cucumber slices and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle each salad with 3 tablespoons of Feta cheese and 2 oz of chicken.
