Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
- Create three wells in the dry mixture and add vinegar, vanilla extract, and oil in each well respectively.
- Pour water over the mixture and mix until fully combined.
- Transfer the batter to the lined baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
