Pomegranate Guacamole

pomegranate arils

Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the seed.
- Scoop out the flesh into a medium bowl.
- Add lime juice, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño to the bowl.
- Season with salt and black pepper, then mash the avocado to your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust salt and pepper if necessary.
- Stir in the pomegranate arils.
- Serve immediately with Tostitos scoops.
