Festive Pomegranate Guacamole

Instructions
- Scoop the avocado flesh into a mixing bowl and add lime juice, garlic, and salt. Mash until creamy.
- Rinse the chopped onion under running water and pat dry.
- Add the onion, cilantro, and jalapeño to the bowl, and mix well. Stir in half of the pomegranate arils.
- Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl and sprinkle the remaining pomegranate arils, cilantro, and optional feta on top.
- Serve immediately or cover leftovers with plastic wrap pressed against the surface to minimize oxidation.
