Instructions
- Soak the noodles in warm water until soft, about 15 minutes, then drain.
- Heat a wok over medium heat and add the oil.
- Stir-fry the onion until fragrant, then add mushrooms, carrots, bean sprouts, and cabbage until slightly wilted.
- Add water, oyster sauce, and white pepper, stirring to combine.
- Add the drained noodles and stir continuously until cooked through.
- Toss in the scallions, stir quickly, and serve immediately.
