The dressing

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, red onion, Kalamata olives, and sliced almonds.
- In another bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve the salad over bread, rolls, croissants, wraps, or in pita pockets.
