Instructions
- Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a bowl and coat the chicken breasts, marinating for at least 10 minutes.

- If making homemade balsamic glaze, prepare it separately.
- In a salad bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and sliced chicken.
- Garnish with basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
