Instructions
- 1. Heat a large cast iron skillet to medium high heat.
- 2. Cook the bacon in the skillet for 4-5 minutes per side until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- 3. Toast the bread.
- 4. In another skillet, heat olive oil and cook the eggs to your desired doneness.
- 5. Assemble the sandwich by layering toast, lettuce, tomato, bacon, egg, harissa, and green onions.
