Cranberry Vinaigrette

balsamic vinegar (or vinegar of choice)

Instructions
- Combine the cranberry sauce, vinegar, olive oil, water, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a blender.
- Secure the lid and blend until smooth.
- If the dressing isn't smooth, add 2 to 4 more tablespoons of water and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste the dressing and adjust the flavor if needed, adding honey or maple syrup for sweetness or more vinegar for tang.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
