Homemade Cranberry Almond Granola Bars

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, pulse half of the cashews, almonds, pecans, and cranberries until they resemble rice.
- Combine the pulsed mixture with the remaining whole nuts and cranberries in a large bowl.
- In a small saucepan, mix the Splenda brown sugar, agave nectar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt, and heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Pour the heated mixture over the nut mixture and stir to combine.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then cool in the pan for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle over the cooled bars.
- Cool in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
