Cranberry Oat Granola Bars

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 6½” x 10” pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Toast the oats, quinoa, and almonds on a sheet pan for 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Melt the coconut oil in a bowl and mix in the Truvía Nectar, vanilla, and salt.
- Combine the toasted mixture and dried cranberries with the melted mixture, stirring thoroughly.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and press it evenly.
- Let the bars cool for 4 to 5 hours, then cut into strips.
- Allow the bars to firm up uncovered for 24 hours before removing from the pan.
