Ingredients

The crust

  • 1 unit keto pie crust

The filling

  • 5 large eggs
  • cups heavy cream
  • ¾ cup bacon, chopped
  • ½ cup ham, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust and blind bake it, using dried beans or pie stones to prevent rising.
  2. Let the crust cool completely.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  4. Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy and set aside on a paper towel.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, then add heavy cream, ham, bacon, cheese, and green onions, stirring until mixed.
  6. Transfer the mixture into the pie crust and cover the edges with tin foil.
  7. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the middle is just set.
  8. Let the quiche rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
