Instructions
- Prepare the crust and blind bake it, using dried beans or pie stones to prevent rising.
- Let the crust cool completely.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy and set aside on a paper towel.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, then add heavy cream, ham, bacon, cheese, and green onions, stirring until mixed.
- Transfer the mixture into the pie crust and cover the edges with tin foil.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the middle is just set.
- Let the quiche rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
