Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
- Pat dry the chicken wings and toss them with baking powder and salt in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, lemon pepper seasoning, lemon juice, and salt to make the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken wings and coat them well.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place an oven-safe cooling rack on top.
- Arrange the wings on the rack and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
