Instructions
- Preheat the oven broiler and move the oven rack to the uppermost position.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
- Mince the garlic and finely chop the parsley.
- Mix the garlic, parsley, and Parmesan cheese together.
- Spoon the mixture onto each cherry tomato half.
- Broil the tomatoes until the topping is browned and bubbly, about 5 minutes.
