Ingredients

The tomatoes

  • 1 pound cherry tomatoes

The topping

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven broiler and move the oven rack to the uppermost position.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
  3. Mince the garlic and finely chop the parsley.
  4. Mix the garlic, parsley, and Parmesan cheese together.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto each cherry tomato half.
  6. Broil the tomatoes until the topping is browned and bubbly, about 5 minutes.
