20-Minute Broiled Tomatoes with Parmesan

Instructions
- Preheat the broiler to high.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and place the tomato halves cut side up.
- Brush the tomatoes with avocado oil.
- Broil the tomatoes for 8 to 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the tomatoes.
- Broil the tomatoes for an additional 3 minutes.
