Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a wire rack on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Scrub the sweet potatoes under cold water and pat them dry.
- Poke holes in the sweet potatoes with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- Place the sweet potatoes on the prepared rack and bake for 45-60 minutes until soft.
- Once done, slit each potato lengthwise and top with your favorite toppings.
