The butter rum syrup

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (325°F) and grease a 10-inch tube pan.
- Cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy, then add cream cheese and mix.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Sift in flour and baking powder, then add nutmeg, vanilla, and rum; mix until combined.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave and fold it into about a third of the batter.
- Alternate spooning vanilla and chocolate batters into the pan to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until a tester comes out clean, then cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- For the butter rum syrup, combine butter, sugar, rum, and water in a saucepan, boil, and simmer.
- Poke holes in the cooled cake and pour the syrup over it, allowing it to soak in.
- Prepare the glazes by mixing powdered sugar with milk and vanilla, adjusting consistency as needed.
- Drizzle the chocolate glaze over the vanilla glaze and let set before serving.
