Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all meatball ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead until fully combined.
- Form the mixture into 40 small meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs at 425°F for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
- While the meatballs bake, combine all glaze ingredients in a sauté pan, whisk together, and bring to a simmer.
- Add the baked meatballs to the simmering glaze, cover, and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
