Easy Paleo Salmon Salad Bowls

The dressing

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet and season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes until flaky.
- While the salmon is cooking, chop the romaine lettuce and set it aside.
- In a food processor, combine avocado, garlic, lemon juice, dijon mustard, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar, and blend until combined.
- Stream in olive oil while blending until smooth and creamy, then season with sea salt as desired.
- Toss half of the dressing with the romaine lettuce and set aside.
- Once the salmon is done, assemble the bowls with romaine and top with salmon, adding extra dressing if desired.
