Instructions
- 1. Line the bottom and two sides of the slow cooker with heavy-duty foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- 2. Crush the saltines in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin or meat mallet and transfer to a bowl.
- 3. Whisk in the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and sea salt.
- 4. Add the eggs, milk, soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar, mixing until a paste forms.
- 5. In a large bowl, combine the meat with the paste using your hands, being careful not to overmix.
- 6. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared slow cooker.
- 7. In a small bowl, mix together the glaze ingredients and divide the mixture in half.
- 8. Brush half of the glaze over the meatloaf.
- 9. Cook on low for 6 hours.
- 10. Use the foil to lift the meatloaf from the slow cooker and transfer it to a baking dish.
- 11. Top the meatloaf with the remaining glaze and broil until bubbly.
