Edamame Guacamole

Instructions
- Combine edamame, avocado, cilantro, garlic, onion, jalapeno, and lime juice in a food processor.
- Pulse until combined, then add water to achieve a creamy consistency and pulse again until smooth.
- Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Stir and serve with chips or vegetables.
