Instructions
- Thaw the shelled edamame at room temperature or microwave for a couple of minutes.
- Hull the edamame beans one by one for a smoother texture.
- In a food processor, combine lemon juice and tahini and process until creamy.
- Add olive oil, salt, ground cumin, and garlic to the processor and blend for another minute.
- Incorporate the edamame beans (reserve a few for topping) and water, then process until smooth.
- Serve in a bowl, topping with reserved edamame, garnishing with radish, shiso leaves, and sesame seeds.
