Edamame Hummus

The hummus

Instructions
- Puree the edamame, avocado, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, kosher salt, black pepper, onion powder, and cilantro in a food processor until blended.
- With the processor running, drizzle in the olive oil and blend until combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve with pita chips and veggies.
