Edamame Hummus

Instructions
- Combine tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add cilantro and blend until mixed in smoothly.
- Add half of the edamame and 2 tablespoons of water, then process until smooth.
- Scrape the bowl and add the remaining edamame, processing until the hummus is thick and smooth, adding more water if needed.
- Taste and adjust salt if necessary, then transfer to a serving bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds if desired.
