The Peanut Butter Crumble

natural peanut butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- In a medium bowl, toss the apples with the arrowroot starch, maple syrup, and cinnamon, then spread the mixture in a baking dish.
- In the same bowl, combine peanut butter and maple syrup, then mix in rolled oats, almond flour, chopped peanuts, salt, and solid coconut oil.
- Spoon and press the crumble mixture over the apple mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, then tent with foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
