Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- Cook the apples with apple cider vinegar and water in a saucepan over low heat for about 15 minutes until tender.
- Stir in the spices and salt, then turn off the heat.
- In a food processor, pulse together the flours, oats, walnuts, sugar, coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly, adding water if needed.
- Scoop the apple filling into the baking dish and sprinkle with the crumble topping.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and crisp.
