Ingredients

Filling

  • 6 whole granny smith apples
  • 1 cup Hunza golden raisins
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon

Crumble

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup quinoa flakes

Cream

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 6 whole dates
  • cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla liquid stevia

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by pureeing the apples, soaked raisins, and cinnamon in a food processor.
  2. For the crumble, puree the almonds, walnuts, and soaked quinoa flakes in a food processor.
  3. To make the cream, puree the soaked cashews, dates, water, and vanilla liquid stevia in a food processor.
  4. Layer the filling, crumble, and cream in a dish as desired.
