The Crumble

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x9 baking dish.
- 2. In a medium bowl, mix together the flours, baking soda, spices, and salt. Set aside.
- 3. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, then mix in the maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla.
- 4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Stir in the shredded apple.
- 5. Pour the cake batter into the baking dish and spread it evenly.
- 6. In a small bowl, mix together the crumble ingredients and sprinkle them on top of the cake batter.
- 7. Bake for 32-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
