Instructions
- Make flax eggs by mixing 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed with 6 tablespoons of water and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine diced apples, vanilla extract, chopped pecans, maple syrup, and cinnamon, mixing well.
- Add the rolled oats and Himalayan pink salt to the mixture and combine.
- Incorporate the flax eggs into the mixture until everything is well coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a square baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the edges are browned, adjusting baking time for desired crispiness.
