Apple Cider Oatmeal Crisp

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Wash, peel, and slice the apples, then place them in a large bowl.
- In a small saucepan, combine apple cider, maple syrup, and cinnamon sticks, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until reduced, then remove the cinnamon sticks.
- Pour the apple cider mixture over the sliced apples, reserving ¼ cup of the liquid.
- In another bowl, mix rolled oats, chopped pecans, almond flour, reserved apple cider mixture, vanilla, cinnamon, allspice, and salt.
- Pour the apple mixture into a greased 8x8 baking dish and sprinkle the topping over it.
- Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and apples are tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
