How to Cook Okra

Instructions
- Heat oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
- Carmelize the onion by sautéing it for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Add the okra, water, and salt to the skillet.
- Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the water has evaporated and the okra is tender.
- Serve the cooked okra.
